In 2005, Darin embarked on a bold journey, leaving Fort McMurray to establish his presence in the construction industry. Armed with determination, a skid steer, and a dump trailer, he laid the groundwork for his own empire. Through hard work and dedication, Darin founded a successful commercial exterior maintenance company, overseeing a vast network of up to 60 subcontractors and serving major malls and grocery stores across Alberta.

Undeterred by challenges, Darin diversified his portfolio in 2016, making his mark in the film industry with the release of a captivating movie. This venture fueled his passion for the film and broadcast industry, showcasing his ongoing commitment to innovation and investment.

Never one to rest on his laurels, Darin extended his entrepreneurial reach to Hawaii, delving into the coffee business and introducing his brand to eager consumers in Hawaii and later Canada. In 2017, he turned his attention to real estate, successfully entering the luxury home development market in Kelowna and the Lower Mainland.

In his tenure at Campari Group as the Senior Commercial Manager of Western Canada he was responsible for managing all verticals of the business controlling and implementing substantial budgets and leading teams across 3 provinces to notable profit growths in a challenging market. Miles’s expertise extends across leadership, analytics, sales, and strategic planning. His approach focuses on mentoring and nurturing talent and fostering professional growth among his teams.
